UI/UX and Graphic Designer - Trainee

Contribute to designing intuitive user interfaces and compelling visuals, empowered by AI tools for creative ideation and design efficiencies.

Requirements and Skills

• Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, or Adobe XD
• Interest or basic awareness of AI tools or technologies (AI-savvy candidates will be given priority)
• Understanding of UI standards for web and mobile layouts
• Interest or beginner experience in logo design, banners, and brochure design
• A creative mindset with a passion for generating innovative ideas
• Eagerness to learn new design tools and technologies
• Passion for UI/UX design and curiosity for innovation
• Basic research skills to stay updated on industry trends
• Good interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Collaborate with product and development teams to create intuitive and engaging user experiences
• Design logos, banners, infographics, and marketing materials
• Participate in user research and usability testing (with guidance)
• Maintain consistency across branding and visual guidelines
• Stay updated with latest design trends and best practices
• Assist in creating graphic and video content for marketing and promotions

Will Be a Plus

• Basic graphic design skills (mandatory)
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS (added advantage)
• Interest or experience in video editing / content creation
