Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious and people-driven professional to join our dynamic IT sales team. As a Business Growth Personnel, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, engaging in sales conversations, and closing deals to drive business growth.

Requirements and Skills

  • Excellent English communication (spoken and written)
  • Strong LinkedIn networking and research abilities
  • Experience in online bidding, tech forums, or event-based lead generation (preferred)
  • Fresh graduates from business, sales, psychology, or hospitality backgrounds are encouraged to apply
  • Proficiency in using AI-based tools (e.g., ChatGPT, LinkedIn AI) for lead generation
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and a data-driven sales approach
  • Genuine interest in IT, SaaS, and AI-driven solutions

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Client Engagement

    • Identify and connect with potential clients via LinkedIn, industry events, and online platforms
    • Research prospects, understand their business needs, and present tailored IT solutions

  • Sales & Relationship Management

    • Initiate and manage client interactions via calls, emails, and virtual meetings
    • Guide clients through the complete sales lifecycle from first contact to closure
    • Develop persuasive pitches to convert leads into long-term clients

  • Collaboration & Execution

    • Work closely with marketing, tech, and operations teams for smooth execution
    • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and outreach materials

  • Market Research & Trend Analysis

    • Stay updated on IT trends, SaaS products, and emerging technologies
    • Identify new business opportunities through research and networking events

  • Sales Pipeline & Data Management

    • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and analyze sales data
    • Ensure structured follow-ups to maximize conversions

  • AI Tools & Smart Selling

    • Use AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, LinkedIn AI, CRM insights) for lead generation and communication
    • Leverage automation tools to streamline workflows and improve outreach efficiency
    • Stay updated on AI trends in sales and customer engagement
