About the Role

The Management Trainee program is designed for ambitious graduates who want to understand how a modern tech business actually runs.

You won't be limited to a single function. Instead, you'll rotate through and support the areas where the business needs you most , Sales, Marketing, Operations, Research, HR, AI-driven Workflows, Campaign Management, and beyond. This exposure is designed to help you discover where you thrive while giving you real ownership from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and internal reporting to support decision-making.
• Help design, test, and improve internal processes using AI tools and automation platforms.
• Prepare presentations, MIS reports, and documentation for leadership reviews.
• Take end-to-end ownership of small projects and see them through to completion.

Who We're Looking For

• Hungry to learn and unafraid to figure things out.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-moving environments.
• Actively exploring AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, etc.) and eager to go deeper someone who thinks about how AI can make their work smarter, faster, and better.
• Willing to own tasks, not just complete them.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
